For awhile I couldn't find ANYTHING to share with y'all in Utah, but here's a great 1 bedroom with an extra sleeping loft and a metal outbuilding on 5 acres that y'all had to see! I love these scrubby trees -- and that the listing says there is wildlife everywhere! Who's going to see this one? Contact Desiree at LoveUtahRealEstate.com for more info.
Oh my stars, this cutie patootie little cabin in upstate New York is calling me! Do y'all ever pick up a fancy house magazine and see the coolest house ever, then you read the article about how some architect and their spouse found a super cool old barn or quirky property that needed a TON of love and repair and now, 3 years later, it's this work of art where they spend all their time and is featured in Architectural
Do y'all ever pick up a fancy house magazine and see the coolest house ever, then you read the article about how some architect and their spouse found a super cool old barn or quirky property that needed a TON of love and repair and now, 3 years later, it's this work of art where they spend all their time and is featured in Architectural Digest? I feel like THIS could be that. Sure, there's moss on the roofline (which I actually love as long as it's not a structural issue) and these greenhouse/ will need more plastic to be functional, and the upstairs just seems to have subflooring. BUT if you've got vision this could be something awesome. Plus, it's near a for real redwood forest and an hour from the coast.
